01/03/10 Trip to OK today...
01/04/10 We had fun at Arbuckle yesterday. Now that the new year is upon us I'm going to get back to my routine.
01/17/10 After a few days of things going well I gained a bunch of weight in a single day... {sigh}. Anyway, I am out walking again for 2010 and it seems to be helping...
01/25/10 I've been sticking to my walking plan for 2010 and it seems to help. I don't walk everyday and the scale only seems to go down on the days I do walk so I'm going to try to get out more than just the 3 times for 30 mins that I have to do for work's rebate...
02/14/10 Well the walking is helping but I lost 7 pounds since yesterday. I think the scale's a bit wonky... Still for today anyway, it counts!
02/24/10 Well saw Dr. Felts today... Back to logging food, a followup visit with the shrink, followed by the nutritionist, then a followup at his office in 3 months. Hopefully that and bumping up my exercise will get me back on track...
02/25/10 Well we went walking last night-2 full laps at the mall. I logged my food, 985 calories, and did not have a snack after dinner. I lost 3.6#. Like Robin said this morning, "You know what to do, you just don't do it..."
Well I guess it's back to the routine-work the plan...
02/26/10 Another 1.4# yesterday. I was pretty sad about Andrew Koenig's death and didn't sleep well. My thoughts turned to food for solace but being fat would just make me feel worse. I let myself feel bad, mentally and physically, and just "toughed it out."
On the plus side, my BMI is under 53 for the first time in weeks and today is Chase's birthday. I think I'll give her a call and have cake vicariously through her...
02/27/10 7.9 # down since seeing Dr. Felts. It sucks being hungry all the time but the results are good...
