10/01/13 Gotta get back out walking to get back on track.
10/04/13 Salata is helping with the weight but exercise is going to be the key to large amounts of weight coming off. Now that the weather is tolerable I've got to get back out there.
10/05/13 All the moving at the convention yesterday helped out with another 2/10's of a pound... SOOOO close to 100!
10/05/13 All the moving at the convention yesterday knocked off almost 2#-CENTURY MARK!
10/18/13 Went walking this week-now just have to do it 6 more days...
10/23/13 Went to bed early due to some sort of blockage-or maybe just a pissed off pouch. Anyway, I got up at 4AM and went for a walk and am down some more weight.

49 pounds left to go to get back to where I was in 2005 after my RNY.
The next goal after that is another 59 pounds to get to 220# and then hopefully under 200# at some point in the future.
