07/01/13 Gotta get back out walking to get back on track.

08/02/13 Still on a plateau but I'm not gaining nor yo-yoing this week.

08/07/13 The scale seems to be moving ever so slightly again. Yeah.

08/09/13 The scale seems to be moving in the right direction. Summertime fruits and veggies along with protein are the keys to a healthy diet.

52 pounds left to go to get back to where I was in 2005 after my RNY.

The next goal after that is another 59 pounds to get to 220# and then hopefully under 200# at some point in the future.
